Thinks for stopping by. The one thing I do know is that the only person I have control over is me. So I guess its completely up to me how my day goes. So no matter how many obstacles are thrown in front of me i do everything possible to keep my glass half full' At least then when I lay my head down at night I can sleep.

LOVED YOUR POST. This is the first time that I have replied to anything. I am in the first stage of getting back into the RE field. (Lemme clear that up ! Starting up MY RE CAREER ! ) This is absolutely a real change in life for me. More than anything else I am afraid. Reading your post was like grabbing me by the shoulders and shaking me; telling me to stop being a "sissy la la!" I LOVED IT....I NEEDED IT ! The only failure is giving into fear - where ever the fear comes from. Yeah I am rock bottom right now, financially and my ego is shot ! BUT the real fear is I think the fear of failure. AGAIN failure is only from not going out there and just getting it done ! Randy thank you for the "Precious Pressure !" YOUR WORDS ARE KICKIN MY A** and I NEEDED IT ! : )

wonder if they listen to any of the last passed blogs, Dean put out??? Growing Pains...and stay the corase,,,dont give up,,,take a deep breath,and,,breath,,and start at it again...One Day At A Time. it dose get better.

You will see as you start taking action FEAR will start to leave. For some reason the two don't go together. And the people that I talk to the 1 reason for failure is fear. The only one that can overcome their fears is you yourself. Just keep plugging alone and wish you the best of luck.

I am really enjoying reading everyones posts in this thread! It was geared towards all those who were saying they have done everything they are told and still cant make it work - but how funny I dont see any of them posting here to take advantage of Randys offer. Instead, I am reading great positive posts from all of you out there who are working hard and overcoming obstacles. Its great! Yes, this business is often tough and challenging - but as Dean says successful people focus on solutions. And thats what gets you to the top friends. So keep up all your hard work and I promise you, it WILL pay off!

I have to agree with 110%. it's REALLY AMAZING HOW ALL THE POSITIVE PEOPLE ADDED TO THIS POST. BUT THE ONES THAT WINE AND CRY ALL THE TIME DON'T RESPOND.

I would like to see a class offered to students that never bought a peace of real estate ever. A 101 of the basics of real estate. So many newbies do not know where an agent gets there pay from or other common terms in real estate. If they never have done a deal at all they would not know. I feel bad for the ones that have no ideal were to start and we try to tell them how to do some thing and they are lost.

You should see if Dean would let you teach a basic class 101 of real estate, before a student puts a deal together. You can have a DVD.

oh,yes we must learn..and im talking from my point of veiw,i didnt know much of anything that had to do with real estate,,realy not much at all,but i new how to remodel a house make them look nicer,and newer, ive worked with investors in the past,one of my finer times,i knew how to build a cell tower site..but things changed, life got strange [another story] things had too change?? life on life terms,,not knowing much else,,i had to learn something else, why realestate?? i watch those other investors i had work with in the past,and some were doing well..{i didnt think this would get this long],,well any way, i watched Deans show late night,,,and started learnig again,, i did have to read the books,,read the forems,,ask questions,, ,go to,rei meetings,tryed bird dogging {i needed to learn more on how reasearch things,,asking people things,, follwing there lead, but slowly i came to understand some things,enought to try some of the things i had learned,and if i look back at it all right now im in a better potision, now to do this thing called realestate investing,{my time learing] then when i first started out and thats a great feeling,,i know i can do this,,i know i can,,i never thought i would get this far,,tonight i will finish up on some reading,look at some properties i found driving to the docs office,if any of them look good, ill post them on my birddog finding site,and for now let them do what they can do,{ive learend to do them better now], speaking on computer skills,,this was done with one finger,,oh well,, still have to do,what you have to do...God Bless You All, this is a Great place to learn ,we all have to learn it,, to do it... i love this site yaa man!!

Randy! You got bit in the nuts by a pit bull and kept at it! Now that's some serious dedication....and pain that I could only imagine! You tell it how it is. Too bad everyone can't think like you do.....there would be a lot less crying and a lot more deal making....but that's just my opinion.

I agree with you on this, Steve. Somebody should make one on what a day in the life of a re investor is like, going through a deal from start to finish.
