Its like the old saying if someone does something good for someone they might tell one person, But if they do something bad they will tell 100. You need to move on and find a realtor that will work with you. That should be one of your questions when interviewing your realtor for your power team. They are wasting your time, ask for a realtor that has worked with investors before

Bill O'Conner is my coach and so far has been there when I need him. I started with them less than 60 days ago and I'm ready to start placing my ads for buyers, sellers and tenant buyers. I have already started building my power team and very confident in my actions. I owe that to Dean and his great team of experts and loyal and helpful students. I have learned a lot from the DG.com family as well. I think you get out what you put in for the most part. There are always exceptions. For those that have had issues with their coaches perhaps you should call and ask for a different coach, I'm sure if you explain the problems they will accomadate you afterall we pay for one on one coaching.I just had my weekly call and Bill has been very good with my questions and guiding me the direction I need to go.

I am a success academy student....graduate....whatever you want to call it. There is nothing better than someone else's experience. That is what you get from PMI and the success academy. You are getting years of Dean's knowledge plus a coach when you have any questions, what is better than that? The course material is very thorough!
If you want to build a strong foundation in real estate investing you need the success academy.

my wife and i just joined the program 2wks ago... tonight will be our 2nd call with our coach. we are excited and motivated to really do this we have done some deals in the past but more dabbling i guess and now realized theres more to life than what we are currently doing everyday and we have to TAKE ACTION ourselves if we want it to change.
we are only in our late twenties and everyone says we got plenty of time but if you think about it what are you really waiting for??? i dont want to wait any longer i have held myself back enough.we are very excited to be in this program and have this site and feel awesome about where our life is headed now!
