WHY SOME SUCCEED AND SOME DON'T

One way to get over this block is to just do it over and over and over.just that simple!! Easy for me to say huh? I was the same way as u when I started and aftr doing it so many times it is natural now. I believe it is your mindset that holds you back DECIDE to call 5-8 people a night or day for the next week.I am sure u would get good at it.If you want to practice cold calling then pm me ands we can do some mock calls! !!! And get good at it! !! Your move

Why some succeed and some don't seems to be a mindset that is developed over time with repetition.I know for me it took listening to self help tapes,cds,reading books and seeing others succeed and where it got them.I know sometimes we say anyone can do it but in reality that is true and untrue.anyone CAN do it if they DECIDE TO.with what is taught by dean,the success academy and on dg.com and from sucess stories such as yours
Wee have the knowledge,the plan,the resources......we just need to DECIDE IN OUR MIND to push forward and make it happen.It is awesome to see how some drive themselves to make it happen and sad to see a few give up.I think with all the support on this site that many more will succeed !!!!
Why some succeed....because they developed the mindset.......why some don't?? Because they haven't developed the MINDSET ..................

I had heard from Rina and Laura that you are such an aggressive ballsy investor that i was surprised to learn now that you were not always that way!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you Randy for sharing with us that we can choose to humble ourselves to be teachable as you have and listen to advice from our cheerleaders and encouragers and not the naysayers.

As a newbie, I have avoided telling friends and family my plan for investing in real estate because most of these people spend far too much time following the news and no thinking outside the box. I have mentioned things to a few people and others on this forum are right. Everyone is an expert in something they know little or nothing about. My wife supports me and I have a team quickly coming together...any business you start takes hard work and dedication so I am attacking this like any job I want to get promoted in and be successful at. The support and encouragement of the DG family has been great. I am on this pave multiple times daily.
