OfflineI am in the process of downsizing my library and found my original Dean book (Profit From Real Estate Right Now). It is in perfect condition and comes with the other goodies that Dean sent out to me at the time. Instead of just giving it to the local charity, I thought I would send it to one lucky individual who would like to have it. It is a great starting point for any investor. Of course, I only have one copy so I have to make it a contest.
Therefore, this contest will end on Friday 6/17/11 at midnight EST. The first correct answer will win. I will PM the winner on Saturday and mail the book on Monday. The question is the following:
Name the two states that most of my real estate transactions (dollar volume) have occurred during the period of time from 2001 - 2011.
(There are clues throughout my 842 posts, so if you read the older DG forum posts from everybody, you will learn new things)

the answers that were received were past the deadline of Friday at midnight. However, not wanting to do this again (as I was really disappointed in the lack of people who wanted a FREE book), I am going to send this book to WilliamGraham by default. (Mike you were first but you don't need the book).

Hi Bill, I am just now seeing the post and the deadline came and went. I happen to have a copy of the book and I think that anyone serious about REI probably has gotten a copy of the book. If not maybe everyone that might have been interested was busy with work and other demands or getting ready for this weekend being Father's Day and Happy Father's Day to you. I would not think the people lazy and that is very nice of you to think of giving the book to someone and paying postage and all. I am sure William Graham will enjoy it. Have a great day !

I'm also a BIG believer in RULES and expect people to do what they say they're going to do.... which is the MAIN reason for CONTRACTS and Lawyers because people aren't good as their word.

Mike There are a bunch of backstabbers on here, and you are just mad because I didn't do what you wanted me to do by removing an old link, which did not work anyway. NOt sure why you are getting all worked up over it! By the way one minute you wail on Mike to me and now you want to side with him. I could care less what you or Mike think.
