I agree that it would be nice if the Blueprint had its own forum under "Deans courses and tools". It would make it a little easier to read and make posts to it. Either way things are happening so fast for me since I got the Blueprint course and started using the forum. It has only been 11 days since I started and it seems like I have learned a months worth of knowledge. I am doing this full time as a newbee. I was bankrupt last year so I am starting all over again. I'm too old to get a "job", and I don't want to work the rest of my life for someone else's profit. I'm into this 100% and I'm hungry for it to work. I think you have to be hungry for success so you work at it with an intensity that leaves no room for failure. At least that's how I feel. There is no other way for me but up. I'v already been down and I refuse to go sideways. Just up!

Great idea Mark K! This has crossed my mind, but due to being absolutely swamped with all our events happeneing, I forgot to look into this further. However, I appreciate you bringing this back to my attention and I will definitely look into this to see what has to be done.

I just found this post,been wondering if we were going to get it. Ok, I am half way through my second 5 days, I called 2 Re-Max offices and I have 2 agents sending me everything I ask for and more. I ran a goast add on Cregs list and I have 2 buyer tenaunts with cash wanting me to find them a home. And thursday I am going to look at a property that may sute one of them. And we have only just begun.

Anyone else having trouble connecting on the RBBP mentor session with Chip and Andrea tonight??? I had no trouble listening all last week on my pc, but tonight: no connection. My browser seems to be working just fine, otherwise. I DID manage to call in, but now I won't be able to ask questions, because I don't have access to the chat as a result.

Moving forward, whenever you are wanting to access a mentor call you will need to do the following:

-Log into your RBBP back office website

-Click the 'mentor' tab

-The mentor home page is Chip and Andrea's page. To scroll through the mentors, at the bottom there is a next button.

So if you are looking to access Joe and Stacey Jurek's call tomorrow you will want to hit the next button at the bottom of the mentor tab to access their page. This will bring you to their first conference call from August 16th which has already been completed.

On the right hand side you should see a list of dates:

August 16th, August 23rd, August 30th, etc)

For tomorrow's call you will want to press the blue circle next to August 23rd. Each date will have it's own live chat for when the conference call is live and also each recording will be under that specific date whenever the conference call is completed.

You will want to repeat the process to access other mentors calls and replays.

Thanks for TRYING to help, Jeremy, but as inferred by my previous post, I do know HOW to log into the site and join the call, otherwise I would not have been able to attend every call M-F of Week 1, as mentioned. It is only TONIGHT that I could not get on, and thus had no access to the chat Q&A.

Also stated previously, aside from not being able to "connect" to the audio webcast (and thus having to call-in tonight instead), my pc and browser are performing normally.

So I'll put it out there again...Am I the only one with this issue? It would help to know, so that I might diagnose and correct the problem more quickly.

At the end of Andrea and Chip's session (which was really great!) you said something about a copy of the chat. Could you explain further?

You know, I almost had the same problem. I wondered where the chat was when I logged in. Then I clicked on August 22 button and the screen changed to the new page for tonight's mentor session.

Jeremy, you mentioned how to get the transcript. I missed that.
Could you tell us again, please. Thank you.

Question for you: Are you using 2 agents in different locations or in the same one and working with both to find the best fit?

I live in a small town of about 4500 people between 2 larger cities. So I have 2 Remax agents, one about 20 minutes north of me, and one about 20 minutes south of me. They are bothe are vary good about sending me what I ask for. I am going to start making offers this week. The onley problem I am having right now is getting more buyers.

I've seen a lot of requests for chat transcripts not only in this thread but in others as well.
Is there any way we could have a link included next to the mp3 downloads of the chats for each date that a transcript is available? That way we can go back and download it at any time instead of taking time out of your work day to email it to individuals.
