This book was offered thru the Rock Bottom Blue Print which is no longer available. However, you can purchase some Deans other books such as Be A Real Estate Millionaire and Profit From Real Estate Right Now. I recommend these two books because I read them and know they have a lot of good information in them. Although I am pretty sure his other books are just as good. Hopes this helps. Alot of these books preach about these no money dwon deals. However they don't tell you that you have to spend two or three thousand dollars on marketing. If money is tight then you just try to find a 9 to 5. Don't belive the hype that these books are preaching. You also have to sell yourself to the person you r contracting the house from. That you r able to perform as stated in the Purchase and Sales Aggreement. I'm from New York City the Belly of the Beast in Real Estate Investing and I have not yet met a successful wholesaler in NYC. Have met Gurus that are making a fortune from all the students they are couching. I think that this game here more or less favors the Guru and not the student. When you have a army looking for deals for you and you are able to process those leads into money. You gonna make lots of money. Maybe I should act like I'm a Guru and come out wit my own wholesaling course I have read many books on that topic. Then I'll hav a army of bird dogs looking for deals for me. The good thing I get to charge them for the seminar and whenever they bring a deal to my attention and successfully close on it I'll get paid also. I make the money while 999 out of 1000 wholesaler make no money. I'm just saying to Don't Belive The Hype. Alot of these gurus appeal to your greed to get u to sign up for their courses. Wit that I remain.
I agree with you in some points… But my question is why are you part of the DG family?
I am a NY Lic. Real Estate Agent which I do not use. Plus you don’t learn ½ of the direct information that is in the book at RE School. In my opinion you need to do more then you talk in order for you to see Good results. Action no passion will work on the Real Estate business.
Fallow, learn and live and you will see the results but at the same time please do not be a Naysayer. Knowledge + Action = Results
If you are so knowledgeable do you know of any transactional funding to help us/you close any of our/your Deals? To stay in the game…
The book is a tool, it is how you use it. YOU make the decision on how to put it (the tools) to work for your needs in the Real Estate business.
Just treat it like a business in my opinion and start putting things together.

The reason I'm part of the DG Family is so that I could visualize success. I've read a couple of books on metaphysic. This is a quote I've got from one of those books I've read. The more you think about something the more power you give that thought to manifest itself in real life. Thats why I'm part of the DG Family and why I also be on youtube.com looking at Real Estate Investing video. I've Real Estate Broker that I deal with and agents. Was close to putting deals togethere but fall apart because the seller is not trying to sell that low. One deal the house had a medicaid lien on it. Another deal I had under contract burn dwon on me. The seller would not even come dwon in price after that. He had the nerve to tell me the house is worth more burn dwon because now the rehabber ain't had to put up alot of money to do demolition. I had to walk away. Reason I say this is to say that I apply alot of the information on Real Estate that I study. Wit that I remain!
My man, you seem to have a very negative perspective of this REI game. And YES I said game!! You mentioned metaphysics. Well I'm kinda into that too. What I've learned as I am "visualizing" as you put it, is that while I am picturing the outcome I want, I am also taking the actions I need to take to reach the success I say I want.
Your name implies you are a boxer. If you are, did you wake up one day and say "I'm getting in the ring tomorrow and take out the champ!" Probably not or you'd be eating a lot of soup!! No, you set out to find a gym (venue) to work out in, correct? Then you asked around the gym for someone to train you, right? After you got the gym and your trainer(mentor), he laid out a program that he wanted you to follow daily. This included diet, exercise, running and footwork. You also envisioned the outcome of your fights. Now depending on who you retained as a trainer and your dedication to the regimine that was prescribed for you, you eventually had your first bout. The outcome of that bout was the result of all the pain sweat and tears you endured to acheive the RIGHT to step in that ring.
If you win the fight you will say "My trainer is the greatest!" If you lose the fight, are you going to blame the trainer for not preparing you for the fight properly, or was it the gym in which you fought or was it you and your lack of dedication to the program he set out for you?
More importantly, if you lost are you gonna quit? When we step into the REI ring, we want to be prepared with the best strategies for us to win. Granted there are a bunch of those "Gurus" you mentioned that are exactly as you say. We here at DG are fortunate in that we have a man who has proven time and again that HIS techniques work...all the time...with people from all walks of life...anywhere in the country! Even in New York!! So before you rant about this or that which ain't working for you take a look in the mirror and ask yourself, "could it be me? Am I the problem?" Cause I have the copy of a 4k check on my Vision Board that I got 2 years ago with no money out of pocket that tells me if I did it once I can do it again!!!!!!!
