Offlinei am 65 years old.been interested in real estate for years. could not find the right material and support.have now. have the rbbp and sa. i drive a semi truck for a living.because of some reversals in partnerships..i have been a little slow getting back on my feet. love building..love the idea of being a property owner. own a house, 10 acres of land,a doublewide . and a singlewide. so ...a start.no support in my real estate venture. helping support wife and daughters(grown) and grandchildren(not). all who like to spend,not invest. but life is good....love my family and have good friends who are not into real estate, but do not try to tell me it won,t work.. biggest obstacle is myself....but am moving forward one step at a time.....success to everyone!!!!!!!!!
