Is there anyone on this site thyat is an agent and investor yourself? If there is I need an agent to work with whether be long distance i dont really care. I want to work with an agent who is familiar with dean graziosis strategies and techniques. Agents are powerful members of ur team. PM asap. I will pay well

I'm an agent

Hi I'm an agent but you will need a local agent because you will need to access to the local MLS. you will also need an agent licensed in your State. I might recommend that you e-mail agents who you see advertising on CL or go to the local Real Estate Club meetings. there are usually investor/agent's in that group. don't be afraid to ask any agent what they might be willing to do. They can aonly say No and we need to be resilient to the No's.

Im sure there is someway we could work together even long distance via the internet like carol stinson does. Theres great opprtunity in my town and im sure there is in yours as well. WE should work something out it would be a great burden lifted off my shoulders. That what this site is for. Helping change other peoples lives. PM if u are interested

Hey, just check out the internet and your local realtors. Many of the agents in my area have no idea what I am trying to do, but Smiling MOST are willing and want to learn any method that will get them more money. I just explain to them if I am wholesaling its like buying a Ford or a Lexus. Who do you think has more money? The people who run Lexus or Ford? The answer should be simple it is Ford as they sell more vehicles to the general public then Lexus. Lexus makes good money just not as much. When you explain you are looking to work more on quantity giving them a lot of closed deals every month over maybe 1 big retail buyer deal ever 2-3 months they shape up and work with you. Good luck oertelaj this stuff isn't hard and being open and honest does help.

Look for sales that are Owner Agents

If you see a ad for sale that states the owner is a agent they may be a investor. I am a broker in Ga. and in Ga. we have to disclose that we are agents and owners of a home we are selling (if we own the home).
