OfflineI can not thank Dean enough for what he has done for us. We have two deals in the works with pay days coming soon. Thanks to Dean we know how to get the no season refis done on houses we are rehabbing.
Here is what I have to say to the rest of the DG family. If you are thinking about joining the success academy do it you will not be sorry it has paid out over and over for us. If you are thinking about the Edge event for 2012, go to it. Meeting Dean in person will change your life. Plus you get to meet with all of the other rock star students of Dean's. And when Dean offers you a chance to meet with him in a small setting like a brainstorming event, take him up on it. It will make you the investor you want to be.
For Veronica and I it all started with buying one of Dean's books.

One of the deals is a house we took out a loan from PMB to buy it with my sister. PMB did a 80% loan to us. Dean helped us get that loan. My sister has it ready for sale if it does not sell in a month we will do a refi on it.
WE have one other house that is almost finished with the rehab and then we will do a cash out refi and rent it out.

You are right Chris. Dean has personally helped us more than once. It pays to get into the academy and go to the Brainstorming events. I know Dean has given back money to so many students for finishing the 5 deals while in the academy. Plus Dean goes in on deals with students. Also he helps so many people out side of DG.com I know this may sound like I am kissing up but Dean is for real.
