The Bandit Sign Police

The Bandit Sign Police

How do the Bandit Sign Police go about enforcing that law?

Would they cuff n arrest u if caught in the act?

Do they take ur phone number off of the sign to call u? What would they say?

Has anyone ever received fines or had to goto court over this stuff?

Im very curious how the law handles these situations. Has anyone had personal experience with this?

bandit sign police

Yes they called me a couple days ago, and told me it was $750 per sign per day, and I have out twenty signs, if I was using untracelbe number they would contact cell company and have the number disabled. Wanted me to return call, Ido't think so, keep bandit signing and changing phone numbers is all you can do, doing more direct mail now, which is cost alot more then bandit signs, will stay with bandit signs for a while but will phase out in the future, once direct mail keeps the phone ringing and paying the bills....John H.

Bandit Signs

I believe it varies by city. I have not used bandit signs yet, since I am just starting out, however I do know people who place signs. In my area certain city's are sticklers. The worst I have seen is the signs go missing or are thrown on the ground. They can fine you though.

Put them out Friday evening

Put them out Friday evening & pick up Saturday early AM...I don't think the bandit sign po-po work on weekends!
It definitely depends on your locale---they are pretty tough on ANY signage where I live...(of course, political signs are EVERYwhere!)...LOL

PS. One time we found a lost dog and I posted signs...
A man from the city called my number saying I needed to remove them within 24 hrs. or be subject to a fine.

bandit placement

my advice, call the city and ask them their rules on putting out bandit sings. then put them out near shopping centers, movie theaters, restaurants, schools, church's, malls, big retailers (ex. best buy, walmart, etc...) always talk to the managers of these places to see if it is okay to put out the signs, this will get their respect and allow for your sign to stay out on there property.

hope this helps,
shah

Bandit Signs = $$$$$$$!

It is a pain and frustrating to have your signs go missing or destroyed. But you have to see THE BIGGER PICTURE here. If you make your signs correctly you will get results and I mean $$$$$! We received a call within an hour of putting out our first sign. If one sign produces income you will see it is al worth it. We're working now on a bandit sign deal which will bring us a minimum of $5,000 for wholesaling it to another investor.

Check the local laws - private property is best - they will certainly be taken off of highways. So far we haven't been called or charged even when we put them where they weren’t supposed to be. They just disappear.

Size 18 x 24 inches

Put them on yellow backboard (we use a foam board bought from Amazon in bulk) and use wooden posts to secure them in the ground

Handwritten in Black Marker (Sharpie MAGNUM!)

Use a local phone number (you can get one FREE from Google Voice and they send you an email with the written transcript and # where the call came from even if the caller didn't leave it on their message)

Write "I Buy Houses - Any Condition ###-####"

Put your signs out Friday night and pick them up Sunday night

And we suggest you don't keep putting them in the same locations. Move them to a new location the next week and the next. Have a rotation of about 5 or 6 locations each for your signs.

We put out about 25 at a time. The numbers dwindle and we make more.

And do not forget to call ALL the other signs you see. They are investors and can be put on your buyers list.

Wishing you all the best!
