I attended the Deal Makers meeting today at the GAREIA. it was phenomenon. I have learned a lot and met a lot of people. Sat quietly because, the training I get here really make me see through things. The training here is a mental and positive one. I am confident that I will make some deals by offering to find the best deals for some investors.. I am confident that I will be successful, I feel it and I know.

I was listening to Les Brown today and he said a few things regarding fear that are worth sharing.
1. I can either live my dreams or I can live my fears.
2. We are brilliant enough to scare ourselves to death.
3.If life holds us down, we must stand up inside ourselves.
4. When we do not live with our true identity, our purpose, we begin filling our lives with garbage.
5.WHEN LIFE CAN NO LONGER THREATEN US WITH DEATH, WHAT ELSE IS THERE TO FEAR?

I have submitted two offers to my agent. She will send me the contracts to sign.
At this points any advice is welcome! Tomorrow I am calling my buyers' list to keep our relationship warm and confirm what they are looking for.

I am very sorry for having been away for a little while. I have been very busy playing on the field, making mistakes, catching up on good reads and taking care of family matters, ALL GREAT STUFFS!
Before going any further I would love to thank Dean for his generosity, his giving spirit in providing this site where people are humans, meaning kind, willing to help and ready to help.
Thanks to this site, I have met genuine people like Kareng, who offered willingly to help me by giving me some vital pointers. I thank you Kareng for your loving-kindness. You took time out of your busy schedule to call me and talk to me. That for me is the definition of a true and real person, a giver at heart.
I thank all of you who are so encouraging on this site, inspiring at best and really cheering up everyone who makes the success.
Updates: of the two offers, none went through. And for me this no two deals are the BEST DEALS I HAVE EVER MADE!!!They have allowed me to get out of my comfort zone or rather my familiar zone.
I have learned a lot: finding an agent, structuring a deal, acquiring a POF,asking pertinent questions. I am better now than before the offers. It feels good to know that now I am in the game, in the arena where the game is taking place. All these skills applied are mine forever!
I am ready to go again and make more offers and make more mistake.
