Great feeling to know that I have accomplished a mini goals leading to success.

My RE Agent and I

I know, I have been dabbling in RE. I understand that IT WILL WORK, ONLY IF I WORK IT.
I am going to FOCUS sealing that very first single wholesale deal. I feel like unless I do that, the sound of DEALS sound daunting. I must recalibrate my thinking therefore and focus on doing that first DEAL, NOT SO MUCH, FOR the money, (although the money is good)! I will focus on learning, applying, making mistakes, correcting, moving forward and JUST DOING IT!
I am restarting to read "The 30 Day Real Estate Cash". I will focus entirely on making the reading and application a matter of sincere prayer and visualization. This time, I am calm and very resourceful! I will do it! I will do it!
LET US GET GOING!!!!

Dealing with getting going again

Hi Mich, I completely understand what your going through.
When people have a wall in front of them (whatever it is) its very hard to get it into your head that "YOU" hold the key to whatever you want to do and open that door..

My wife past away last year but she was also my partner in our real estate biz and I cant seem to reopen the store door (so to speak). What im trying to say is we all have SOMETHING that stands in our way and we just have to find a way around, over or through anything that stands in our way..With that being said I know its hard but YOU CAN DO THIS.........

To all DGers, if it was easy everyone would be doing it. Get your buyers list, biz cards, email, bandit signs, google phone number and BINGO you can start your wholesaling biz.

Didn't mean to ramble on and yes their is more to a good "dream team" such as contactor, real estate agent and more but I think you get the point.

Nothing wrong with soul searching, Im now getting back at it yes little by little but what I've found out is that its a little easier starting up again because its not new its just picking up were you left off. Crazy as it sounds after you learn it, its like riding a bike.

Resilience and Persistence

Also writing out our goals on a sm piece of paper where we want to be in a month, & keeping it in your wallet & every time in the am when you get up read it & when you go to bed read it.

Hello !

Thank you Tony! Yes! It is very important to lay that foundation. The bamboo tree is taken care of for five good years before it it breaks ground. But this is an interesting fact about the bamboo tree, Tony:First, you have to get a Bamboo stock, about 18 inches long. Dig a hole 3feet deep, and bury the stock completely in the ground. For the next 5years, that stock must be watered every single day, 365 days a year. If one day is missed the tree will never appear. But, if meticulous care is taken for those 5 years, it is said that on that 1,825th day, the ground will break open and the tree will appear out of the ground.

What happens next is the phenomenon of the Bamboo Tree. The tree will soar to over 90 feet in a matter of 6 weeks! It grows at a rate of three feet every 24 hours. You could practically sit back and watch it grow. Some people say it takes 6 weeks for a Bamboo Tree to grow, while others say it takes 5 years and 6 weeks to grow. I guess it depends on if you were the one watering it for 5 years.
I want to be a bamboo tree.

Making Progress

After securing a Real Estate agent who seems to get it, I have contacted one of my buyers who was expecting some deals from me. I told him I was reconnecting with him. Tomorrow, I am contacting my other buyers and adding more buyers on my list. I am continuing to listen and to read Dean's 30 Day to Real Estate Cash.
This time will and must be the best. I have tackled the problem on the deeper level. Working with my subconscious thinking patterns and addressing them.

now that you have the mindset and me too, although always working on it, we must make offers. its pretty simple really, get buyers get deals and put them together. I think one of the best ways to get deals since i have gotten deals this way is contacting other wholesalers and telling them, what do you have for sale?

my partnners and I need deals we dont get enough, have them send you their deals and them assign them over to you(tell them it has to be assignable sometimes their contract will say you cannot assign it but tell them you will close it in your partners LLC so it must be)

you contact them thru google and craigslist, all the ads that say we buy houses cuz they are mostly wholesalers like us trying to do what we are doing or are doing it. i use google docs sheets to save all my info it is free and in the cloud saved. its easy just check it out if you havnt already ok.

half of my deals have come from other wholesalers and the other half from the MLS, which is the other strategy, 25 to 1 itt works! somme off the deals i have gotten have been from back up offers, put them in with your agent cuz 30% of them fall out of escrows, i mean 30% of all escrows fall out so you can snag a deal using that method.

another last thing, i am looking for speculative buyers, they will buy above asking price onn the mls, i am now with my partner working the list of cash sold props to find out who these buyers and we are doing that by analyzing the list the props that are being bought for a lot, way over asking price. it is going to make life a lot easier, to be able to wholesale to these folks instead of getting beat up on price. hope this helps, as Rando says now lets go make some money!!!!
