Okay minor update...... Today I had to cut back the social life a tad bit......

I went to the county clerks office in my county and selected my two newspapers I need to publish in, and I created a template to fax tomorrow to one of the two newspapers.....

I wrote down the approach to find a Real estate lawyer the way Matt says,

And I am waiting on some personnel situation to fall to bring the breeze in my back to propel me even faster

I also may try finding a bank for my business

August 2-

I faxed my copy of notice of formation to be printed in the one of the required newspapers, yes ! i need this small step of progress

best $180 i spent so far

i also started calling title companies and boy did i feel like i was saying a rehearsed speech i felt a bit nervous but that quickly faded away since i have to speak up and clearly.

i think i will try Real estate agents first as i feel less the pressure of distracting these people.

contacted Legal Zoom good thing i do not need to select entity class as all L.L.C. by default have pass through.

9/16 - where have I been? Well I lost a friend and a neighbor in the last two weeks, had personal set backs that I have over come, and I will say this Forgive those that have wronged you, I am not saying forget but be assertive that you stand firm,clear of mind and
Focus to move forward.

9/3 -I completed 4 months being an Insider Elite Member Yaaa I believe I have two more months for more kick ass benefits.

I lost one of the women I love (she is alive not dead) that threw me off more then I thought. I thought I was strong enough to deal with the loss it is not easy but Fate knows more then me.

Dealing with negativity at work,but that will soon to cease.

I see personal achievements to come my way professionally,personally and in my Real Estate Investing.

So checking in since the last time

phew where does the time go? Lets catch up shall we? Well since I last wrote I became a centurion member on DG Insider elite
I felt such an accomplishment by this alone, (really wish I had the phone number to contact dg insider elite operators anyone? )

I am also finishing up my legal requirements with my LLC (paperwork doesn't stop)

Soon to buy my bandit signs and just more on insider elite then here but will balance both sites

great to hear your success, it is encouraging, i know what it feels like to lose someone reñationship wise, my wife left for mex 2 yrs ago & it is devastating, hang in there sounds like you are handling it well, thats the way to go, sorry for your loss of your freinds, have also recently lost a sister, last yr, all so heavy

but it makes us stronger & want to achieve so much more & live the life we never lived right. glad you are a centurion member now you will have access to all the educ which frankly made me a better investor & cleared up a lot of questions i had which in turn made me more confidence, expecially the master minds, those were key,

You are right, even with loss, one must move forward and I carry their memories with me. I, also think of the past, I take for example; my job as a security guard and compare myself now in real estate. I think to myself , I at one point said ENOUGH OF THIS ! There has to be a better way (at this point in life, I was a stock guy for one of the major pharmacy retail stores, and I happen to notice a security guard standing at the door, doing what I thought was nothing, and approached him asked him a few questions and was in disbelief that not only was he getting 50 percent more pay per hour, but it did not take much to get to where he was)

I immediately sought out to do this without thinking much to what ifs and what are the particulars of said job. I was taken lovely money wise. But I was naive, hungry to learn and determined. And it was all on me, after the years of refining my work ethics and approach taught me. And looking back couldn't believe where I am now. Like Dean says ALOT THE TIME forget the details and just get to it and do it. I now make almost triple minimum wage and in a position of not only teaching others but over delivering and under promising.

This is where I am with the fire in my belly.

My question not only to you but all DGERS in the insiderelite. Where is the number to the customer care number regarding billing since I want to elevate my plan.

And I agree firesky is a must watch on I.E.

Wow 2 months since my last entry, where should i begin honestly speaking i fell back into herd mentality this is plain out and simple why i did not persist in what i should be tending to.....

my real estate business after all this is a business not a hobby for me and i will get hobby results if i continue the way i was moving before

i was actually moving without a purpose and then i believe just recently when Dean posted about the new Matt training that truly peeked my interest again..... and below it was the audio connection to Earl Nightingales the strangest secret

i am very effective at inspiring others to action yet seems like i enable myself with excuses isn't that one of our main struggles? taking our own advice.

well its like life showing you clearly put in the effort and the rest will work itself out ( exactly what the strangest secret teaches) i put a fire under the belly of my friend and like many who get inspired it is short lived but the message must have lingered because another action triggered her to take action on seeking a better employment.

well guess what she now has gone under the process of switching work employers and she will make Double !

imagine what one conversation can do? this is why i put journal entries here not only to inspire other DGers but to inspire myself from so much action i have previously taken.

this saturday i will file my taxes know whats different now? i have to file the section that is for business owners reporting .
looking a year back as Dean says i never imagined myself where i am today. taking action. incorporating an LLC filing taxes

taking the key movement forward of 2014. guess what it was? Joining Insider Elite ! i am a centurion member i made sure not to let the membership lack because that fire remains in my belly now i must take action all the key indicators are there for progress

Welcome back, Joel. I have been wondering how you are doing. Frankly, you have added so much to the discussion here that it was really hard not to wonder what you had been up to lately. I'm sure many here in the DG family agree with me when I say that I'm glad you're back.

There truly is no excuse, I am slowly but surely coming back..... As stated above falling into herd mentality is very destructive to the real estate investor spirit we each carry amongst us......

Having the situation with my friend triggered my investor spirit to gain strength again alongside other factors........ But I am starting from scratch sort of saying (with the exception of my LLC ) my first task is reading 30 days to real estate cash

Aloha Joel, I found your journal yesterday and find myself, many times, in your same position. For me I get distracted and often frustrated..but should we persevere, nothing is ever wasted...Just wanted to say thanks for sharing. And now that I am back, in the game, hope to share more experiences and knowledge...

February updates--

i recently started getting back on DG website and dusting myself off. feels good to be around positive,progressive thinkers and here are the listed changes:

1- i acquired an accountant/ lawyer i can call upon when a deal presents itself. the power of knowing people that is two less worries.

2- i bought my business a new computer ( macbook air) i have to spend some time adjusting to this since i have been mobile more then anything else

3- i have a thought about a modern method of marketing similiar to Facebook that is widely available. when i proof read and create a final draft, i have to contact the DG admin here or on Insider Elite. maybe Matt can put the finishing touches or Re-design it.

4- i finally picked a starting point to put out my bandit signs, i have to get a google voice number ( is that even relavent anymore, as technology takes leaps and bonds by the moment)

5- when everything is cleared hopefully i can listen to some Insider Elite products via my iphone since i bought a speaker.

6- timing couldn't be better.

if anyone could help me with installing flash player for apple computers i would greatly appreciate it.

well i will let you know as i take my steps forward.

$1000 Success Tax, Details !...... My DG Family

As the saying goes The Devil is in the Details.....

So most that go the incorporated route knows, the state loves money.
The state of NY requires that you publish in two Newspapers, one being mandatory
And the other being of your option (according to the list provided by county)

The mandatory newspaper here in New York City is called, The New York Law Journal,
And (this is according to how many lines are required to provide all information related to your LLC to publish) for this paper my original fee was $872 dollars plus a $5 proof read feed

The second newspaper I chose was the Irish Echo this in comparison is relatively inexpensive at only $180 flat fee

But the state is not done there is a $50 fee payable to the Secretary of State for this process

So far in keeping with legal compline for publishing the total is $872+$180+$5+$50 = $1107

This amount is apart from forming your LLC plus a registered agent

I called it success tax because before taking this route I had no knowledge and no guidance
It is also $1000 because I miss spelled my LLC's name and must re do all this or have my LLC's business activity suspended

Funny I could have acquired Dean/Matts new training program, all in due time as I will be a success story....

As the saying goes if you want to do something, you will find a way. If you do not, you will find an excuse hope I can help those who are unclear or would want to know what is asked in incorporating and going the LLC route. My small humble way of giving back

I thought I would share the format of the way publishing requirements look like (at least in NYC) to give you an idea or to find them in your county/city/ state newspaper

Notice of Formation of Your company name here.
Arts of Org filed with Secy of state of (your state ) (SSNY) Date LLC was created
Office location: Your County.
SSNY designated agent upon whom process may be served and shall mail copy of process against LLC to
:your business address/home address or registered agent.
Principal business address: your business address or home where ever you are base in
Purpose:any lawful act.

I am and now is my time ! I got fed up at my job ( I work the graveyard shift now 4 years come this July at this job and 2 1/2 prior to that ).

I am a by the rules /consider your co-workers guy and this "9-5" isn't cutting it....

Mixed with my enthusiasm yes I feel it......

And I am happy ( my energy levels sky rocketed )
