That many missed calls? Wow! I wouldn't go more than 2-3 days without calling them all back. In fact, if I were you, I'd google eery number to make sure any of those #'s aren't code enforcement knocking on your door.

Can you individually text these numbers, instead of grouping?

To prevent abuse, there are limits to the number of text messages you can send from Google Voice. If you've reached the limits, you will see a message that says 'Your message was not sent because the text message limit was reached. Please try again later or try sending to fewer contacts.' You'll have to send to fewer people, or try sending your text message at a later time.

Yes correct 30 missed for real. The signs which were up to 40 out of the 60 signs which I intended to put out and could have lead to more calls as well.

Im not worried about them and the
code enforcement people wouldn't be able to trace because I believe google numbers cannot be traced.

Sure I should be able to text them individually but I will have to wait till like around 8am and do it because I just received a text from an angry wife who I text around 4:30am EST lol. I shared the story in my daily journal "My Journey In Becoming A millionaire "

Wow I didnt even know google would place a limit then again I didnt even know you can text those numbers as I figure it would be just voice calls and message capture

When I find that other's don't answer the phone, I usually move on. It is often a tale-tale sign. I will make several attempts, but if there is always a message or they don't answer, then I can't take them too seriously.

If your having trouble calling these/texting these sellers back from the google number I would just say use your regular house/cell number to call/text them back. And to be honest I will call them back not text, it looks more professional when you call someone for the first time verses texting someone. After you build report with that seller than you can text them. My opinion

I don't understand how you can miss 30 calls?!! If you cannot answer your phone when your buyers call your bandit signs, I would hire someone to answer it for you; just give him/her the script, and let him/her fill in the answers for your questions on the script.

I would not text back. Seems very unprofessional. Call back your prospective buyers.

People can think it is a scam if you are texting and not calling back.

If you really "must sell" and are motivated then in their minds, wouldn't you be calling them to connect?

Definitely would build rapport with a live connection and true call back.

Make sure your Google voice number is either forwarded to your phone so you can actually answer or if not, call them promptly back (within an hour, sooner the better.)

Set your google voice settings to either email you immediately when you have missed a call, text you when you have missed a call or get the app on your phone so you can get alerted immediately.

That way no time passes and you can catch them right away on a call back. Call back using the google voice number so they know it's you.

being a wholesaler looking for buyers and respond with that in mind? They know that 99 times out of a hundred they are going to hear "I'm sorry but that property just sold but I get deals like that all the time. Can I add you to my buyers list?" So a text saves a lot of time and BS.

About the fact that it is a wholesaler, I still think that texting as a "first touch" is unprofessional.

I text often and I love it in my business. Super efficient.

But it is only used after I establish a rapport and then ask permission. A couple of my buyers actually prefer me to call them. They are older and not into texting.

As a full service wholesaler I want to communicate to a buyer in the way they want to be sold to and I certainly can't find out their needs, what they want to buy, the specifics of areas they are looking for, their frequency, what kind of cash they are working with or financing situation, etc... All through just a text.

It just seems to be hiding behind something to make a first contact a text. As a buyer myself, if that was their first touch, I would walk away. Seems sketchy! Just being honest here.

Developing rapport is huge on a first impression and first touch.

your buyers have agreed to receive text as their preferred way of hearing from you. Pick up the phone or have someone answer for you. Missing 30 calls sounds like you are afraid to pick up the phone and speak to people. You must overcome the fear! Remember to be professional!

Yes google would let you text the numbers.

I was afraid to answer calls when i first started on dg.com but now I'm as bold like a lion making and answering calls.

Unfortunately my phone battery was dead when I placed the bandit signs out and it was during that period I recieved majority of the missed calls.

You know how you call a google number and it still rings even though primary phone is off, that's exactly what happened to me.
