Hi my DG family,
I had been buiding my buyers list like Ali presented during the edge.
The 15 realtors which he mentioned which is the magic number like he narrated.
Does contacting 15 realtors working in the same real estate office branch count or am I suppose to contact 15 agents from different real estate company in the same area or city my buyers are looking to buy?
Thanks in advance

You would be best to contact some from different agencies in the area of interest. Different offices will have different "pocket listings" as well as different clientel so you want as broad a spectrum of potential sellers as you can get. If you go through just one office or agency, they all will have the same or close to the same information.
Hope this helps.

No sorry you are to find realtor who are in different offices and areas
"Don't tell me I can't, Tell me how I can."
Hi TC,
When I started calling realtors in same county but different cities, most of the time I got the same listings.
This I learnt when I asked a realtor to send me listings and she overwhelemed me by sending all listings out there in the county. Then anyother realtor who sent me the listings I already had those in the the big list.
But try calling different Realtor Agencies eg Caldwel Banker, Weichert, KW, etc. you may end up getting slighlty different listings.
Hope I am making sense and helps you.

TC,
to avoid getting the same listings, you ask each agent to find you listings for specific areas/zip codes where they work.
