Hi everyone I've read I known about dean for about two years now an I'm fully committed an
Believe I can do this. I have some questions about this book an the rockbottomblueprint I have. Like how do I know if my market an metro area are good for the wholesale strategy. I have doubts an have fears even though I've read deans book over an over. Also I know this sounds ridiculous but I have the fear of calling real estate agents I just don't want to sound dumb.

honestly everywhere is a good place to wholesale now dont worry about it the whole country is red hot in real estate right now ok.
Also, get over your fear of calling agents! they dont know who you are for all they know you are some person with 7 million in the bank, that is how i started thinking about it, they dont know.
Be courageous & the confidence will come no worries ok, just be honest with them & tell them you haven't done any deals yet, you can tell them your partners have done many deals but not you , thats what i tell them, well now i have done 10 deals but you can tell them you are just starting)
no shame in that, like i said for all they know you have dozens of properties you own-so they should treat you with respect, also getting a real estate license is like getting a drivers license, not all that hard so dont be intimitated, by reading rock bottom bluepring you already know more than 70% of all agents really, believe me I have dealt with over 100 agents & it is true, we know more than them.
PS find an agent, then get them to sit down or over the ph go thru the purchase agreement line by line so you learn it & understand it ok, be well.

Fear is a silent thief.
It is responsible for robbing more dreams than any other culprit. It has been, and still is, keeping you from creating the life you desire.
For most people, despite knowing they could be more, they will still be stopped by their fears. Heck, I'm guilty of it,
But constantly pushing myself past my fears has become a major reason for my success. Many people get involved in real estate investing and stop before ever giving it a real push. They are overcome and consumed by fear.
Fear of failure, fear they are going to get into trouble, go into debt or do something wrong. But if achieving financial independence is something you are serious about, at some point it will become necessary to learn how to deal with these fears and take action despite them.
I once heard that our dreams lie on the other side of our fears. I believe that and I also believe we are meant for greatness.
And it's when we begin to take action despite being afraid, that life begins to take on an almost mystical nature. We see our lives change as we realize that our worst fears, were really nothing to be afraid of at all.
One of the biggest realizations I've had, is that fear never really goes away. T. Harv Eker, bestselling author of the "Secrets of a Millionaire Mind" relates fear to a Cobra. He says we must learn to tame the cobra of fear, and take action regardless of how we feel.
As you begin to take action and gain more experience, fear does decrease, but it never goes away completely. So stop waiting. Take action then deal with the consequences and adjust as you go. It's the only way.
Your worst fears will often never be as bad as you imagine. And the results you get will prove to change your life.
Until next time, I wish you the best,
Nate Kennedy
P.S. There are two types of people in this world. People who can be stopped, and people who can't be stopped. I believe you are someone who can't be stopped
Rando
Thank you Rando an Tony for responding I'm very excited to about implementing Dean''s strategies an finally getting out there an taking action.
This is the information tha goes far beyond just Dean an real estate. It actually boosted my confidence an gave some kind of jolt to keep push. Usually is the negative thoughts an the naysayers around giving advice. Use don't know me or anything about me and yet use give me this advice an drive, an are wanting me to strive for better an while reading this I felt like I have people tin my corner rooting for me.
I thank both of use you can't put a price on advice like this.
F - False
E - Evidence
A - Appearing
R - Real.
So leave your fears aside and go with confidence. The agents are human beings and they are looking to do business. So before you call the agents list you questions down and when you call them just just ask questions from the list you have made. Follow what it says on 30 days to real estate.
Do not despair if you make mistakes, it is part of learning process. Visualize that you asked great questions and at the end of the conversation with the agent you felt great because you had all your questions answered to your satisfaction and now with that fire power you know what you can plan ahead.
Wish you the Best and Give your Best, I Know you can.

Thanks so much my DG'ers after I read this an replyed I got right on the phone call offices doing the script Matt gives. I call 4 kW an 3 remax offices. 3 I left messages . Talked to 4 agents, two of them sounded great an have worked with investors before, an actually sent me listings an hour later. An the other two basically said it can't be doone at this time.
I just wanted to let use know that use pushed me to do this because I want to be in real estate but wanted to let use know that that I'm making calls after this advice.
Taking action, I feel great an proud of myself an now I can only imagine doing my first deal..... For now until it happens.
I have heard it said that " the secret to success is to stay excited long enough to close the first deal! " Well, you're excited and you're taking action! I recommend staying plugged into this site..there is a wealth of info here.
"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" Phil 4:13
Now since you broke the ice, keep up the momentum. Do not let it go.
Just focus on the Goal, anything in between are just Service Areas or minor road hurdles.
Go Get it, Joseph.
Wish Everybody a great success in their Real Estate Business
