OfflineFor Mothers day I purchased my 85 yr old Mom a new gas stove. Her old one was electric and it sucked big time, and then it started malfunctioning.
I didn't realize how difficult it wud be to run gas 30' from the meter, only because it had to go under the house and ther is only 16 inches of space. I shuda hired a plumber, but I got under there and joined different lengths of pipe and had to make a 90 degree turn, besides the cramped space it was freaking dirty, I even got dirt in my ears somehow.
I figured it wud take a few days but my brother Mike and I completed it in about 4 1/2 hours and that includes making another trip to get a few more pipe fittings and such.
Then I cleaned up the mess and whipped up a great skillet of beef tri tip and stir fry. Man it was delicious.
Cooking with gas is so much better, instant heat, cooked fast I had to go with the lowest flame.
The stove is a bad ass stainless steel convection oven with fancy blue digital clock and a griddle for pancakes and such. It looks really fancy, something you wud see in a restaurant.
It nice to be able to do something for Mom, all because of Real Estate.

Next time check out an induction stove if you thing gas is bad ass.
Way to go Rondo....I'm sure your Mom appreciated it......but next time hire someone else to do these type of dirty jobs.....

This is crazy, My favorite buyer Matt called me today.
I went from being a lowly construction worker making chicken scratch to the bad ass "Go To Guy" for fast Real Estate deals.
My Realtor buyer called me with 2 houses he cant sell, I sent them to my other buyer, He's a Realtor also, I was thinking what the heck, and I added on a ridiculous assignment fee on both of them. . Then I sent to Seth, he's my other Realtor buyer and he wants both of them. It's Insane
Holy crap, It's like I'm the go to guy for getting these junky s__t houses sold. Sometimes I really feel like a big shot, wheeling and dealing and buying and selling to Realtors. Hey and I'm just sitting on my butt and sending a few emails. Somebody wake me up.
I have a goal of doubling my profits of last year. I'm thinking I can do it. I've already made over my years construction salary in this first 4 months.
I carry a $100 bill in my pocket now cuz it feels good.

so nice rando you are absolutely going to double what you did last yr! I am too since it wasnt' too much anyway right 25k LOL ha! but my buddy is kicking ass and made I think about 55k the past 2 mo's & he is helping me.
I do know tho a little bit how that feels sending emails & filling out contracts & bam you get paid right! we should talk bc I sometimes get leads for central ca & pass on them. what part are you in again? I will call you better yet.
