OH SNAP! IT'S ON NOW...It's really working. I just placed ads today for sellers and investors. I already have two responses. I guess there's no way but straight ahead now.!

My thought is that I am Determined to be The Best Thing That Deans Has Ever Seen!

I spent today researching on LLC's. Read a few positive phrases. Plan on spending tonight designing ads on the web. Tomorrow I plan on making calls. I have got to take the next step!

Today I signed up for foreclosurealert.com. Called on some Fsbo. Sent out a ad to a distressed property. I was amazed to see how many properties were in the process of being foreclosed on in the neighborhood I grew up in! Amazed. So tonight I will be putting a list of numbers to the addresses I got off the site. Some were my school mates homes. I plan on making calls and getting comps together. Watch out now, Supergirl is about to fly...........

I'm so happy for me. For the first time in a while I see a way out more clearly! Today I finsh putting together my list of seller's to call. I fell asleep last nite from computer overload. So today I was able to put it together. Sunday I have to start renovating a bathroom. I plan on making calls late afternoon hopefully. Never know what your going to run into when you start tearing walls out. But Sunday's the day. While in my favorite store in the world (Home Goods), I ran into someone I graduated with. When she told me who she had married and divorced. It just so happen to be another school mate, her ex. That I had done some renovations for. So in short she asked what I was doing I gladley told her I was into investing and home improvement. And she replied sayng she was a head office manager for a title company. So I gave her my card and took her number. You see how things work for you! A great contact source. I'll follow up with a call Monday. I'm moving forward. This is MyDestiny............Success

Yesterday I spent most of the morning working on a bathroom renovation job. Nothing like ripping walls out! Made some calls from my list of foreclosures. Got a few good prospects for the week. Worked in my garden. Squirrel's, you gotta love them! Even they practice persistency! THEY ATE MY STRAWBERRIES!Went to staples to buy a printer copy fax machine. Decided to make a new office area for myself. Im taking action!

New Month, New Strategy.

Today has been a very challenging day for me. Something was done to me and it threw me for a loop. All of my life has been a fight. But I a have spent the past few months fighting things head on. Nothing is going to pull me back down into a defeated position. I've accepted responsibility for my life struggles and now I have made my mind up to move forth with conviction. Life is a one shot deal. Not many chances are given in life. But when they come you have to be able to open the door to change. And embrace it with sincerity. Now is my time!

I'm sorry to hear about your challenge but I'm also glad to see your attitude is one of determination. You can't control what others do, only how you react. I look forward to hearing more about your success and telling you about mine.

Remebering My Aunt. (The Big W). Today was the day that God called his Angel home. To depart this life and be present with our Savior. Christ Almighty! What a time they must be having up there with so many great people. No more worries of the world! Rejoicing with the Lord.
What she meant to me.... She was always there as a support for my mother. A bond that two sister's shared. My father died when I was 1yrs old. I don't remember her not being there growing up. It was like we had two mother's. My Aunts. The unity they portrayed. They are the reason I am who I am. We were taught to respect people, to respect your elder's, to be honest, to be happy for what you have, and most of self respect. This Aunt was the one that didn't let you get away with anything. When she drew the line you didn't cross it! It is so important to always try to be the best you can be all times. When I look back and think of the world they grew up in. To hear about how they as kids, had to work in fields to help support the family. And to see her at 60 yrs old go to school and become a RN. It's amazing. Their determination. She faught her sickness to the end! My Mother and My Aunt were both 2 of the strongest woman I have ever seen. Now they are together in Heaven! I draw comfort in knowing He only chooses the best for his garden. My Dearest Aunt Rachel, I Love You. Thank you for showing me the right way to go in life.......Always Lubertha

Today I spent most of the morning on the site. I went to home depot to buy some things for this bathroom renovation. brought all the debris from upstairs down to the garbage. Met with the tile store manager. Spoke to Mr Wonderful before he left on tour.Came home made some calls, no answers. Left messages. Oh well tomorrow is a new day.

On my way out to finish doing a floor. Now that it stopped raining and lightning. Trying to keep focused. Hoping to get some postcard response today. Ordered signs yesterday. Looked at a truck to buy. Do more research on foreclosures when I return home. Today focus, focus. (CHER) 'SNAP OUT OF IT'...

Well I thought I was going to finish the floor today but the weather had a different plan for me. I was able to use the wet saw outside in thunder and lightning. Today was a very challenging day. I spent most of the day soul searching. I lost my Aunt this past week and now today I lost a Father-In-Law/Uncle/Friend. William Banks Sr. What a fighter to the end he was. Faught in the WORLD WAR II, The VIETNAM WAR. And the WAR OF LIFE. And was so independant! I will miss you. God has gained two angels. How glorious God IS!
In Him I REJOICE!

The first thing I did today is thank God for giving me a new opportunity to make a difference in my life and family. I called the Va office to find out how to make sure he is honored at burial for being a soldier in two wars. New experience. I was told that the funeral director could handle all this. Thank God, no paper work for me! I called a friend in New York to see if he could give advise as to what area he feels has alot of distresed properties since he lives and bought there. On my way to look at a home. Probally spend the rest of the day working on my web page. Getting to bed early tonight. I hope!
