WHAT THE EDGE HAS DONE FOR ME

I can never express what the EDGE has done for me. and yes i truly believe that I would not be were I am at today without the success acamandy and great coaches And Deans loyal staff. As always I have to think Matt and Drew. In the beginning I really had to swallow my pride, It was hard enough when I had to file bankruptcy. Now I had to beg and plead just to get the money to survive. It was a long ride on a bus from MO to TN (more than once) Then go 9 months before I closed a deal. Boy did the coaches stick by me. And now in little over a year I have done over 30 deals. And I do have to admit it has not been easy. Fear always seemed to have a way of popping up and putting all of these what ifs in my head. And fear telling me how is this going to work when you have no bank that will work with you. Fear telling me I had just filed Bankruptcy and you credit is shot. And yes their was days i really thought fear was going to win, But it didn't And for that I think you DEAN for putting all of this together. I have met so many great people since the EDGE and you all know who you are. We still stay in touch today. I have so many deals working right now it is unbelievable. And would not have been possible if it wasn't for the EDGE. I will feel everyone in very soon. And happy 4 of July to all. And thanks to all for the great feedback and support.

I have learned so much from all my great friends that I met at the edge. And yes that even includes you Jan, I really wish we were all together, But I guess the Internet is the best next thing. I still can''t believe that so many things have happen just because of the edge and such great friendships in such a short period of time, Everyone have a great weekend, Have no time to take off. I have deals that I have to get done in the next 3 days so I can hit the road again.

Just don't have enough hours in the DAY but that's OK. We Both decided to take the day off and spend sometime with the family. I guess it will still all be their tomorrow. And yes tomorrow does start at 12 tonight.

I have a question, buying dean's book I got the automated probate finder/ and the website 9tho its not up due to funds (for the 1800#). but how did you get the website for the realestate buy/sell that is so cool and perfect, I know he suppyies the website just like the probate but how I get it thanks my brother in christ.

I have to check up on this one. If I do have it its something that I haven't used yet. Will let you know soon.

Finally hopping on to catch up on some pms and posts, just read this one for the first time! Thanks for all you're doing to keep people inspired and keep that REI dream alive for yourself and everyone here!

It has been so crazy, the past month, hasn't it?? Who knew we'd be doing deals together so soon after those "tribal council" meetings at the EDGE around your "throne" at the firepit. LOL. THAT was a blast visiting with you and Julie and everyone else who sat out there in the evenings. AND WHO KNEW IT WOULD LEAD TO THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WORTH OF DEALS!! Woohoo!!! (hope I'm not spilling any beans here).

The EDGE last year, for me, brought lifetime friendships and lots of Private money. Going back this year just compounded those resources! Even MORE lifetime DG friends and partners and more PMLs than I know what to do with!!! All thanks to Dean and his knowing when he has a good thing, and making it even greater.

Randy, you're awesome and I thank you again for all you're doing. I know Dean is proud to have you, just like Matt and so many others, as a true testament of what a person can do with the knowledge and training he provides along with a healthy dose of determination and inspiration! You go, Mister!! I'm proud to call you a friend!

Its great to here from you, And one thing that I do have is Determination, I do know for me to reach-my goals I need everyone and anything I can learn new, I have to keep a open mind and be willing to learn everyday. Their is so much opportunity out their people don't realise. And that's one thing I will never be is greedy. I think the funnest part about all of this its going to take a great team for me to catch Matt, But I think I am on my way. Maybe his dating life will slow him down a bit. Not sure how I missed the throne sessions at the EDGE, but I'm sure glad to be a member of your RE court now haha See you next week my friend!

My hours at the edge was from 4am till 12 midnight. I told myself I could sleep when I got home. My chair by the pit was priceless. And no matter were the edge is next year I will be the first their and last to leave and I will find me another chair.

Ya know Laura , people were actually stopping by and leaving gifts for King Randy, I couldnt believe it !
Well the EDGE lit a fire under my butt as well. I am glad i made the decision to go.

Well trying to get caught up on all my paper work. Don't like this part but it has to be done. still Haven't got Julie into her new house yet. Need to making two payments don't make a lot of since. I just can't believe being at the edge has made such of a difference. It seem like my contacts just keep getting better and better. I have only being posting on here for about 4 months. I have done 45 deals in a year, WHEN i look back if i had used This site, I don't think it would have took me 9 months to do my first deal. I do know for me to close 100 in the next year it is going to take some great power teams. Awesome friends that I have met on here and great partners. Well I can say is thinks DEAN for putting all this together, Without you and your loyal staff I would not be here.

For me it was priceless, I learned so much and gained a lot of confidence,just by speaking to everyone and listening to what they had to say.
Doing breakfast and Dinner at Randys place was great because the crew we had was just sitting and talking REI and technics that everyone used.
Listening to Randy and how he does what he does was awsome.

You know you are a prime example of what the EDGE can do. Man you have done so many things since you left AZ. Keep up the awesome work.

have a safe trip and don't get mugged. I am already looking foward to the edge. And if you are going to hang with me be prepared. NO SLEEP, Like i said at the last edge I could sleep when I got home. But boy was I wrong. Had to much going on.I guess I will wait till I retire then catch up on my sleep. I have never done one deal sleeping yet.
