WHAT THE EDGE HAS DONE FOR ME

Can't wait to hear about your adventures in real estate after the EDGE. If it wasn't for the EDGE and meeting all of the fantastic positive people there, I wouldn't have even felt comfortable making my first offers. Now I am trying to close my first deal and am excited to try and get into my first home.

And working more angles to get more deals going. Matt had better look out for you Randy!

Thinks for the input, You know a lot of people laugh at me when I started this. I mean my back was really against the wall if you have read my journal you will see. And i am sure a lot of people are laughing when I say i am going to catch MATT, But that's OK to. You see when I share something like this it holds me accountable and I am a man of my word. thinks for all the positive comments.Like I shared in a lot of my post. the success acamandy and Deans loyal staff was great. They really help to keep me motivated. And if it hadn't been for Dean having the edge event I would have never met all these great people, I wished it had went on longer were I could have got to talk to everyone. Guess i have to wait till next year.

We are going to stay anywhere from 7 to 10 days. I think Dean should do this at least twice a year. I think I will bring this up.

....Keep up the good work. Dean's Gain the EDGE event was just tremendous! This event provided such awesome information, tips and techniques. It also helped to create even more idea for real estate investing. The content and inspiration empowered many people to get started with real estate and others to turn it into high gear.

There are so many EDGE attendees that are getting results beyond what they expected. I can't wait to get the EDGE 10 home edition becuase I enjoy watching the event over and over to get every tip and tidbit that I can. Good luck and continued succcess on your future deals. Hey Randy my name is Sergio and I want to tell that I just got Deans book "Profit from Real Estate Right Now " and let me tell you reading the things you and other people are doing in the real estate market is incredible. My wife and I are ready to read through the book and get started. Question After reading the book do you recommend signing up with the Mentor.

You are all right, And man it was so great meeting you three at the edge. I just consider this a big bonus with everything else that has been accomplished since the Edge. I must say that their was so many great things to pick up from the edge, and I am truly sorry for the people that wanted to come and missed out on it. I mean how can you even put a $ amount on all the new friends you meet, And all the knowledge you receive.

Randy, like you say - you are a man of your word, and after meeting you and Julie I know it to be true. And I love that you put yourself and your goals out there for everyone to see! It took me a while to even write mine down for myself - let alone announce them to the world haha. I think I am breaking through too.
I have not been online for a while, and I have not even finish PMI on the dead-line that I have impose on myself, but since then I have 2 offers accepted. One is going through the bank, this one is for friends who moved up to where I am because of foreclosure. The other I just got accepted yesterday taking SUBJECT-TO, which I know is your area of expertise. Can you give me any advice as to what type of documents to use, and what name to put on insurance, and who does the tax at end of year? ect... Please help. Your help is greatly appreciated.

I need to get caught up, And I will very soon. I just can't express what the EDGE and people that I met have done for me. I will be heading home tomorrow for a couple of days and back on the road again. If someone had told me things would have been happen the way they are after the edge I would have laugh, With all the contacts I have made and great friends that I met My friend and great mentor I had for 3 days doesn,t stand a change, unless I die I will catch him. Trying to find buyers and real estate people right now. It is amazing how real estate people say they are going to contact you back, but then you never hear back. Not sure where my money will come from to purchase my first house???? But until I try I will never know. Keep up the good blogs, Thanks

When i set down and look at were I was at and were I am at now it is actuary unbelievable. The first 9 months their was times that i wanted to actually give up, but I am glad I didn,t. And no I have not hit any home runs and yes it has been tough at times. But we have been able to make a living at this. And yes i do look good on paper. And as I was plugging alone doing deals i had no ideal it would have put me in contact with such great people. And in closing How can anyone fell with all the knowledge of this site And ever thing that Dean has put together and lets not forget his loyal staff And great coaches. And all the knowledgeable people on here that has conquer fear and succeeded.
