Anjie, You need to talk to me before you say, you quit. I am going to make mine very short; I climbed Mt.Everest, With No shoes, no shirt, no bread, half way up my water was finished, in the 110% summer heat, Guess what? Because I Did not give up, I reached to the top. And tell me you have it worse off than them and tell me they have it better than you. I see you posting on here alot, pretty down on yourself with pity. Before and during the edge or when someone put a post up about their deal after the edge ... posts of resentment and bitterness. You can't be bitter and thankful at the same time. Blaming someone else or circumstances is not going to help anyone succeed, including yourself.

visit your public library -- free to use .

Do not let anyone tell you that you cannot

accomplish anything . Do not surround yourself

with negative thinking people .

And above all -- put all obstacles on your "TO DO" list .

Update us all on your progess please

I has not giving up on this,I been going door to door sended out some letter on some properties at was vacate that not on a MSL.I'm still working on my seller property, I'm looking for a new agent and I'm looking for a property in Fl SFH 4bedroom/3bath with a pool and in a guard gate community FC no more then 200k for my seller. I thank all of you for being there for me in my hour of need. I'm going over my notes to see what I may need to do more of, I feel that my deal will close soon.

You are so right. Finding ways around the circumstances is the only way to make it. It can be done. I'm freshly new at this however, my choices makes all the difference. What you do today affects your tomorrow.
