As an investor, you get to input into their system exactly what your looking to buy, where, property type, price range etc. Then, instantly, thousands of real estate agents/investors in that area can see exactly what your looking for and can contact you. Its a fantastic service! I highly recommend.

I've been on **** for a few weeks. I've made a few contacts. Its a good resource. But, as far as finding lease option buyers, I haven't learned of a way to do that on there yet.
Is there a way to do that rjb?
No I believe the only ways to find buyers are by property type, price range, state they buy in, then you can scan thru each buyers profile to find what your looking for.

Actually, since RJB threatened to stomp me for making fun of him, i've actually been going on there and in the process of working with some buyers on a commercial deal I have which is requiring multiple buyers.

Unfortunately, we got turned down on several deals we were working on as banks murged so, we ended up with life as usual. This time, we have the "Rock Bottom Blueprint" which we will follow. I read your comment, as many others did, about **** not being free anymore. I've not yet investigated the site, but I don't like spending money on a service that really nails you down like that for cancelling prematurely. Feels like a scam when I see that, so I won't go there...and can't really afford to get nailed that way anyways. Maybe I'll go there when I can afford it. Until then, I've found a good realtor in my area. I'll be using the methods listed in the RBB. When I close my first deal, then maybe I'll pursue sites such as **** to further my work since I'll be able to then afford it.
