My name is Hector Salazar, I live in Las Vegas, NV. Last week I made a decision to become a Real Estate Investor and the first thing I did was to pick up Dean's book Profit From Real Estate Right Now! I am very excited with the techniques that he teaches. I am compelled to make this happen as soon as possible and I am willing to do anything within the legal and ethical boundaries to help another investor with his or her transactions so that I can learn it fast. Do you know an Investor here in Las Vegas that you like and trust that can land a helping hand? I would really appreciate if you can directly or indirectly help me out. I totally understand that the most difficult deal to make is the first one due to anxiety and emotions involved; I am up for the challenge!!! I am also aware of the Dean's Real Estate Success Academy which I will be joining in the near future.

I totally recommend that you do what Jan advised you in his post, nothing less.
There is so much information on this site that you can read and learn from!
To get help from others you have to help yourself first.

Not just consider SOME ! Do what Jan said. I found out the hard way. Don't come back and ask a upper DG family member a question without knowing the facts! You'll get a direct verbal thrashing. At least I and a few others did. I don't want to scare you away. Not the point. Just save yourself the embarrassment of getting turn away. Get your Knowledge and facts and then ask.

Welcome to the site! You will learn so very much here and in Dean's books.
Real Estate is not something you can just jump into and start running. That way you are setting yourself up for a lot of headaches! And worse! You have to know what you are doing. The majority of that is learned like everyone says read, read, read, study, study, study.
You will feel like your had is going to explode from all the info! But that is the price you pay.
How badly do you want it? If it is badly enough, get busy!

Welcome to the site....good luck. You will always get great advise from most of the people on this site. Jan, Bill, Elix, James just to name a few. The info from these guys is priceless...they have been through most of it and try to help us from making the same mistakes.
You need to read the books and listen to some of Dean's blogs and it will help put you on the right track.
