Well here I am. I have decided that 2 years hiatus is long enough. I became frustrated because I am Canadian and some of the forms and documents do not work the same here. Well, I need to find a way that it does work and it is today that I am starting my journey.
I know there has to be a way. It cannot be limited to just the States. ( Can It? ) Anyway, I will keep you posted.

I don't think there is any reason why you can't buy & SELL property here in the states .Everybody else is doing it . Make your money where ever you can and always LIVE WHERE EVER YOU WANT TO GOOD LUCK no one can beat you if you refuss to let them

In 2 years time, I will be buying properties in the Philippines. Year 2013 is my target. I will also give Wholesaling a try in that country. I believe it can be done. Welcome Back. Blessings to all. LA

Well I had a successful day yesterday. I have found an agent who is on the same page as me and is ready and willing to be part of my team. Great Start!!
I have located some FSBO properties that I am going to follow up on. I am pumped! Bring it On!

Well, I started reading the books again, and have been working on a buyers list. I have a meeting with a potential investor to add to my list next week.
I have put some ads on Kijiji and have had a couple of responses.
I mentioned last time that I thought I found an agent. Well I believe that is a bust. It is possible I offended him.? Any way, I am going to send out the letter that Matt used to find an agent. I will keep you updated on that endeavor.
Starting next week, I am going to place ads for motivated sellers.
Very exciting. I am actually seeing things happen. I am on my way to a very successful journey.

I am feeling very frustrated today.
I am searching for the iee forms along with disclosure statement, investor purchase etc. and it appears that the page at DG.com/iee is blank.?
Where else can I find these. I need to take these to my lawyer to make sure that they are legal here, or if I need to make adjustments.
Anyway, I am going to take the afternoon off, and come back tomorrow with a fresh mind.
