am just getting started. This last year, talked with 3 to 4 FSBO property owners, before taking the dg seminar. Talked with FSBO the other day, they have so little to go on. Called a realtor in his area for confirmation, have to take it slow because of his age. I really look forward to owning this investment property, building a team, am making this a success.

I live in Wisconsin.
Just started the past 6 months really getting into real estate. And my life turned really good when I joined the REI club. It is so worth it.
And ours besides the monthly meeting, have started a breakfast once a month. We meet and have a buffet breakfast, then just network for an hour after. It will make a huge difference for you. And I met other DG people doing that.
So I wish you well at this, and looking forward to seeing more posts from you.

hi Everyone,
i really enjoyed the "delayed gratitfication" video, it is real. As in any major venture, I need to make a commitment. It begins with me, then my family and the impact it has, my religion and prayers for success, and finally interaction with people towards the same goals and outcomes.
This isnt done in a minute, though understood success can come in a moment. Up with motivation, action, networking, "down" time with family, another grandchild soon, mom's hip is healing, she loved her Easter lilies and shared a book about Grandmas. Up again, following leads on sales, introducing to the local REI club, taking action as I can. I look forward to closing my first deal, sent my son his first "family bible" and expect the closing and my third grandson happen about the same time. If it takes longer, so be it. If it happens sooner, and i put together a deal and take a percentage, good. Making something happen, taking action, will get me where I need to be. Thank you everyone whom has reached out to welcome me, I did have a few days of the flu, I look forward to meeting up with you again, like a rainbow, stay in God's light and love.
