I am in North Florida. Now looking into central Florida. We are wholesaling and flipping for now...and getting into some buy and holds later this year.

USA Today wrote an article several months back that stated, 33 percent of properties in Florida were being purchased by Canadians and investors from Latin America.
If you're looking for buyers, start marketing in Canada...you can do this online via Craigslist and by doing a search for free online advertising sites in Canada.
Canadians have lots of money and they love buying in Florida for rental purposes... So start the marketing up north!
