I am focusing a majority of my efforts into doing short sales this year. I have a great system set up and we are taking them in and banging them out. We close on about 50-60% of the short sales we do. If you refer a lead to us that is a possible short sale, we will pay you $1000 if we end up buying the property.
This is a great way to get started in REI if you have no money or credit and want to get your feet wet. These leads are everywhere and I want to help the members here on Dean's site see the light with real estate. You could make an easy $4000 a month just referring 2 short sale leads a week to me. This goes for wholesalers as well. If you are a wholesaler just throwing your short sale and no equity leads away, please send them over to me and get paid!
I am looking for short sale leads in any of the following areas:
- Philadelphia, PA
- Delaware County, PA
- Chester County, PA
- Montgomery County, PA
- Bucks County, PA
- Wilmington, DE
- Gloucester County, NJ
- Camden County, NJ
- Burlington County, NJ
- Atlantic County, NJ
- Mercer County, NJ
- Atlanta, GA
- Cleveland, OH
- Tampa, FL (starting in July)
- Miami, FL (starting in July)

Go to the link in my signature and sign up. You will get a ton of information on how to find motivated sellers. Even if you don't live in the areas I am looking for leads in, you can definitely utilize craigslist and some other methods to bring in leads in those areas! It's called Virtual Wholesaling, and it's awesome! If you have any questions just contact me. The website pretty much explains everything though.
