OfflineWould like to find serious partner in SE Wisconsin or even other states who are serious and have time to get deals done now. Have 2 very good agents I also work with, but do find several FSBO.
I know many people are busy with the holidays, I don't do anything, as the family isn't around here.
So I have time and needed deals "yesterday."
I am a DG member and also have the SFL, but not being computer savvy, never use it..but the DVDs are priceless! Good info and training.
But only want someone serious who needs deals done now.
I started to learn about probates which would be a something else I want to get into soon.
I live right in the middle of Madison and Milwaukee, and wish I could find someone close to me that wanted to share in the training.
Have 6 houses lined up to look at next Tuesday with an agent, and 2 from FSBO that I am talking to also.
So would like to find someone that could help me talk to the owners or work with me.

Sandi you should really get into the SFL system, It has a lot of marketing info. Have you looked at the leadpipes for buyers, they post new ones there daily as they come up in your area. And if you get a contract you can put it in the system, and broadcast it out to Thousands of investor at once with sellpoint.
Also there are a lot of other investors on crossroad that are not part of the DG network. So you can double your reach if you use that and this site. Plus once you have your buyers in the system, plug a deal in and let them all know about it with one email. You paid good money for it you should use it.

Thanks, I did have one person tell me about crossroads, and went on that, but didn't sign up. And John had told me if I call him, he would show me how to list properties on that site. The problem is my computer, and have had people try to help me with this, but my screen is quite small, when I go on SFL I can adjust the size of my screen but when I open up something under the set for life, it is almost too hard to read, and even the webinars, can never find what the are putting their mouse on, unless I keep going around the screen
Don't know what pipelines are, but from what people say, it is access to buyers?
But tonight I will try again to do this. "I promise I will try again", and call people for help, finding that it has a lot to offer. Should make use of it all!! That is one reason I was hoping to find another person close by that could work with me on the SFL also.
And the computer was free, so am very grateful I even have one!
Will let you know how I do it..

Also still having problems, on SFL, cannot make the webinar videos/training to where I can read them. Even had other people try to do this. Too small to see.
