Hard Money Lender neede

I need help locating a good hard money lender. If anyone has one they can recommend, I would appreciate it.

Charley...I was on craigslist yesterday and it is amazing how

many private money lenders are out there...just click on financials.

Go to your local REI meeting and find out who the LOCAL investors use. Be very careful choosing some national company off some website. Ones that don't do appraisals on the subject property are to be avoided in my opinion. They charge to much, take up front fees and then don't close OR have additional fees when it is time to close.

I use several very good local HMLs. I KNOW they are the real deal. I can't recommend any to you because I have no idea where you are. Fill in your Bio. page. But, again my advise is to find who the ACTIVE, LOCAL investors use.

You can also enter "hard money" in the search area under Dean's photo in the upper left of this web page. You will get a list of hundreds of so called HMLs. Do your due diligence!!!
