I am actively lease optioning ADA accessible housing in SW Michigan. My partner and I serve consumers who require modified living opportunities.

Lease options

I am in Holland, MI; I will keep that in mind. I am working on assignment deals over in the Holland,Zeeland,Saugatuck,Douglas & Fennville areas. Just found a real estate agent today, have some buyers I need to check out.
