Main Street is tired of being pushed around by the banks!!!

I think this is a way of being heard. The banks are not lending and making people go through tough times. Banks received so much TARP funds to save their lives and they are not lending it to Main Street!!!

No, it's just a spoiled

No, it's just a spoiled rotten bunch of entitled punks with no respect for the property of others

And I do agree with you both

still sad!

Most of the foreclosures (REOs) that we pick up need all that stuff redone or replaced anyway! Now if we could just put a 30 yard dumpster in the drive way and convince them to throw everything in there, that would be great! We can buy the vandalized REOs cheaper also!! I LOVE graffiti, mold and poop smells!!
Just means more $$$ on the back end.

My buyers are getting all the financing they need. Of course they actually qualify for a loan like people had to before the GOVERNMENT induced sub prime mortgage fiasco. You know, 20% down, the proper income to debt ratios, same job for longer than 2 years.

as if it would make a difference...

the state that most evicted homeowners leave the houses in is pretty bad, so I don't think that writing on the walls with sharpies is going to depreciate the already damaged property... and if the banks really cared, they would be selling all their shadow inventory to investors instead of holding them unoccupied and unadvertised.

thanks for sharing the article,

Agree

Yes it is sad,but yet the banks could sell a lot of inventory to investors

They had a water fight

They had a water fight posted on Faceboook at one of the public parks here in San Diego and a large number of kids showed up and did $10,000 worth of damage to the Lily pond. No respect for property.
