Sign of housing recovery

Fannie Mae profits - who would have thought! With foreclosure rates dropping countrywide, it appears if the mortgage market is stabilizing. Tighter lending requirements have also helped to create more stable investments in the secondary mortgage market.

Let's just hope that lenders do not make the same mistake twice and push B and C rated high risk loans and then try to sell the in the secondary hidden among A and B rated loans.
