Hey Yoda and all who read this post,

I would have to agree with this list, thanks for posting it Yoda. A lot of markets are on the way up and we might feel deals are getting scares but not to fear just do two things:

1. Find speculative buyers.

2. Find buyers in higher price range of homes they want to rehab or rent.
