OfflineAccording to a recent post by AOL. Celeberty homes are feeling the hit. Celeberties such as Mel Gibson, listed his home in 2007 at 39 million. Dropped to 35 million. Elle Macpherson listed at 19.2 million, dropped to 15 million. Nicolas Cage listed at 35 million, dropped to 17.5 million. After not selling at this price almost half off. The home was taken off the market. This market is not just hitting the middle class but the wealthy also. I feel ther is a whole new trend of foreclosures happening. What's your take? I read an article the other day that Dan Marino has been trying to sell his home for the last 3 years for a whooping 13 million.
Now he has dropped the price, kept his furniture, and even will have a autographed football for the new buyer!

I dont generally keep up with these celebrities or their doings, but from just reading this post have thought about contacting s few of them and offering to get them a buyer for their homes(
). Something big could come out of it. Just my thought though.

It is so true this wave is hitting all levels of home owners. Even some of the homeowners that have second and third (vacation) homes like the movie stars. I believe every level of home owner has been affected by the market, which should create opportunity at any level of home buyer. This may be a time for people to consider renting their current home if they find a great deal on another home as a primary residence. There are so many options to consider.
