If indeed our Nation is heading into a hyper-inflationary cycle what can us investors do? In other words what are some of the strategies we can implement under inflationary conditions?
The consensus seems to be that housing will be the last section of our economy to "recover". With that information in mind, we are still in a buyers market and our strategy should reflex this, such as buy and hold until the market changes.

Right, I guess I'm playing the "what if" scenario, and looking into the not so distant future. If our country goes into a hyperinflation stage and the price of food skyrockets as many predict, rents will decrease because people wont have the money. So Real Estate holders must make sure that the monthly rents will cover the mortgage. This is something that we most likely will face. But I really hope I'm wrong!!
In every cycle there is a strategy...
