OfflineI just read an article that said that 5 years ago only 1% of million dollar mortgages were in default. The rate toady is 14% and growing. Imagine that.....1 in every 14 million dollar mortgaged homes going to foreclosure.

its 1 in every 7 million dollar mortgages. I can believe that. With the prices going up so much for fuel and gas, and all the adjustable mortgages people got, CRAZY thought. I'm actually pursuing on of 'em.
