Mike that is a very nice letter It do get directly to the point. I know this letter is to build your Buyers list. But, If you do not have a property to talk about at the time what are your next step for discussing possible future business. Do you ask him to give you his information as to what he is looking for in an investment property or do you discuss financing for future deals.

There Is one question... I haven't actually set up an official LLC or anything for this, is that necessary? (I intend to, eventually, but I want to get my first deal done so I can afford the state fees! )
