OfflineI have put up only a few bandit signs, but I am getting real buyers that want homes, and now I am making offers as well to find them homes. At first the calls were other wholesalers, but now they are telling me where they want them and they live in the area as well as how many they wish to buy this year. Now just to get those offers.

Great work by the way? Everyone will find a niche in their area on ways to advertise. We have traditionally found that putting out about 25 signs at a time works best. this is also the rule of thumb that the guru's use.
Again it is what is working in your area. Other terminology is "Fixer upper for sale" "Handyman Special" "Needs TLC" or "As Is" All great keywords and attention getters.
Also make them in yellow and had written. You should also check with your city to see about placement of the signs and in some cases put them out of Friday after 5 PM and pick up on Sunday evening. How many city workers work on weekends? Really!!
