I think the most effective way to get buyers is # 1- auctions
#2- bandit signs
Why ? Because when I go to an auction every single person in that room is there for one reason and that is too buy !!
And bandits with the wording three bedroom two bath needs TLC must sell for cash immediately !!
Will attract buyers like crazy !!

Put some ghost ads on craigslist. You will get a lot of calls from buyers and wholesalers if you structure your ad right. I believe in Deans book 30 days to fast cash tells you how to make ghost ads. Like Jay mentioned above, auctions are an other great way to find buyers.
