I had an idea that I want to share with all of you. This past Saturday there were several garage sales in my local area. As I stopped at several of the garage sales I began to talk with the people that were having the garage sale. I was amazed that I found 2 different people that were considering selling their home for one reason or another. They were having a garage sale to clear some of the clutter from their home, basement and/or garage. I did not have my business cards with me, but the idea I had was to take my cards in the future and leave a few at each garage sale I visit. It is amazing to think that so many people that have a garage sale may be getting ready to sell a home. This may give you an inside track (of an unadvertised treasure) before they actually put out a sign for a FSBO or contact a realtor. Also, if you can leave a few business cards at each garage sale you may also attract Buyers for other properties you may have available to sell. These bargain hunters may be shopping for more than a few odds and ends. Good luck with your future deals. Believe and Achieve!

Ironicly I had the same idea this weekend, because I too saw alot of garage sells going on. I perceived it as these are all folks getting ready to sell there home.I have witnessed a few sales that people had and the next week the house was listed with a realtor. So these may be potential deals. The deals are around and we have to place ourselves in these obvious positions to find and get these deals.
I got my mind made up.....
