Thanks everyone, it was divine inspiration. I usually sit and just try and think of phrases that catch my attention. This just popped in and I think it fits my personallity. I was really tired of reading idahobuyersnetwork.com or investorwholesalecentral.com, or I buy houses.

The names are too long and if someone only gets a glimps at my name, I want it to stick. The what-a-year was sort of like that, but it is hard to think of something catchy and still sound understanding, and if you do, it usually isnt available.

I may let one person in each state use my website once it is finished. There is no reason for everyone to have to get their own site. And saturating different markets with the same name seems like a good idea. Once I get all of this off my plate, I will start brainstorming it.

Something else for everyone to think about when choosing a name for your site.
iloveugly.com has generated the same amount of traffic to my site in one day as the what-a-year has in the week it has been up. 95% or the visits were from the link on this page.

When I go to your site, it says that its parked.
When will it be available?
I'm very curious on how you created your website.

It is under construction at the moment. I put that page up so that I at least when you visit there is a site. (rather than an error page). It will be available soon. I had to finish my buyer and investor forms so I can start generating buyer leads.

I used Adobe Dreamweaver CS4 to build it. It definately would have been much easier to just use a template, but I like to challenge myself. It has taken a lot of my free time lately, probably close to 30 hours total just because of doing everything from scratch and debugging. Plus I suck at coding.

Baby steps.
