OfflineMy neighborhood is kind of a lower class neighborhood consisting of miles n miles of rowhomes. There are plenty of bandit signs hanging all over the poles. Id say I can spot between 12-15 different ones, if not more stating "We Buy Houses". My questions are:
1) Are the people behind the signs "cash buyer-investors" or "wholesalers"? Should I call them and find out?
2) Should I put my sign up right next to there sign....you never know which phone # a motivated seller will call, correct?
3) Should I go around one night with a can of black spray paint and knock out all these bandit signs in one shot.........just kidding!

It sounds like there's a lot of competition where you are. Here where I live, there really isn't any. So, with bandit signs like that I would be competing with myself. I even tried cardboard signs but the weekend I put 'em up, it rained & ruined the signs n eventually they fell down or somebody ripped 'em off. lol...
Buy, lane is right. You should call and investigate what they do n who they are. Have they took oover the local classifieds paper, too?

YES call all the #.That is called net working.They might have buyers or sellers that can help you.If your new like me they can tell you about trends in the area.You could add them to your investors list.I think it is a good way to find investors.
I read some were to put cardboard signs in a plastic insert.I had a bunch of folders that were bright colors and had like a wax or plastic finish. and wrote on them with black marker.
