Good one guys, thanx for the reminder. Another one is to check @ your town (city)/county recording office, if there's no financial institution (mortgage) listed chances are you'll have success in locating a ca$h buyer/flipper...you can also locate a few of them by going to Auctions and meeting (talking with) some of the attendees before they skoot-away. Hope this is useful.
