One of our good friends Randy, taught us to use hand-written bandit signs as they attract more attention.

The 1st response is excellent! That is a great video.

Lowes has some pre-cut laminated bright colored signboard material at a great price ($2? ea.).
Or,- You can buy a sheet of 4 x 8 white corrogated plastic signboard at a home improvement store for about $32. Then cut the sizes you need.
Shop around at different home office supply/ home improvement stores for different options for sign holders/ legs... they are $1 - $2 each.

Magnetic door signs are another idea... about $30 @ Lowes. They are blank.
You can print your own message.

Thinks for the post on my signs and yes I still use them today, Respect the city and they will respect you. I can put them out in any city in the us. and yes I can back it.

I found one called www.signsonthecheap.com - you can use their pre-designed signs and custom make your own. 50 1 color single sided signs are $2.61 and double sided are $3.19. The metal stakes are $0.99 per sign and shipping is around $25.00. I did 50 double sided with stakes for a total of $238.00 which is pretty darn cheap.

Great place to get signs!!! I, for one, do not like hand-written signs as I have had far more calls with the professional looking ones. I think that as long as you stick with 18" x 24" signs you are gold.

Have you received these signs yet? If so, I assume you liked their quality. What about the weight of the stands? Are they the flimsier kind or pretty sturdy?

Where are they coming from? I couldn't find that info on their site.

This is the best pricing I have found. I found some that were not too far off but I was going to have to order from two different vendors because neither carried both the coro and the aluminum.

Yes...I have received the signs (18" x 24" corrugated)and they are great quality. The metal stakes hold up very well and there was no "quality issues" at all. In fact...I got the single color / double sided and saw no issues with the graphics, the ink (I think they screen-print the signs) or anything.

I ordered another 50 yesterday to put out to get tenants for homes...I like the "make your own design" feature too.

I have searched high and low and you cannot find better pricing for the whole deal than on their site...

Hi Randy. My name is Emidio Ferritti. Ive heard some good things about you from Matt Larson, who was my one-on-one coach back in March. He gave me a website to use, signwarehouse.com. Anyway, Ive put signs out twice now and the first weekend I put out 14 signs and had 7 picked up. The next time I put them out, I put 40 signs out and had 29 picked up. I put them out late Friday night and picked them up on Sunday afternoon. I live in Fort Worth Tx and the cities within the metroplex urge the residents to pick up ad signs to help "keep the city clean". Any advice on this matter? Have you had issues like this? I did meet another investor at an investor group meeting that said he puts them out Saturday afternoon and just leaves them out and counts them as a loss. I guess he gets alot of calls from them. I had gotten like 7-8 calls from that 40 sign weekend that I did. Anyway, any help would be much appreciated. Thanks Randy and I look forward to hearing from you.

I enjoyed your video. I haven't used bandit signs because I read some time ago that you can be fined. I only have my phone #, not an 800# and I'm afraid I will be fined if they call my number and find out who I am. Is that anything I neeed to worry about? I don't know if they're legal in SC or not, but people sure do put them out. I've seen them out for weeks on end and never removed. Just wondering what you think.

everywhere i look i see bandit signs of people trying to market their product.
basically if they dont want it their they have the right to pull it up thats fine, but who's to tell before then you prob get a buyer or a seller who wants a deal. personally i think if i should sit worring about getting fined if i but bandit signs out, i wont do any deals.

one of the best and cheapest places to buy . I get 18 x 24 printed 1 color for $1.50 /per sign and shipping of about 100 an additional $30.

I ordered mine yesterday from the signs on the cheap site. They are out of Austin, TX. Their site was very easy to upload and design your own look.
