OfflineAs I drive the 3 hours up to Anita's REI meeting for the third time now because I'm a big fan & supporter of Anita, I tell myself everytime that I don't have the gas money to keep doing this every month, but every time I drive home, My energy level feels so good and the info and networks I get make this the best thing for my REI business.

I soooooo... wanted to attend the meeting on 9/11. It sounds like it was a great one. If I checked on the map correctly I am about 4 hrs away (Las Vegas) from Palmdale. But I am planning on making it to the next one. Haven't made any deals yet but reading a lot and doing my academy courses. Also teamed up with another DG academy member and we're hoping to do our first few deals together. Good luck to everyone and hope to meet you next month.

thanks for all of your great comments and I hope to see even more of you there next time. The group was issued a challenge on Friday - to get out there and find a deal and close on it. Well there is a lot more to it than that, but I will keep you informed. SO wish them luck.

Yes, Anita challenged all of us. We are going after a Lease Option Deal.
I put out some marketing & in one day I already have 3 buyers with a down payment & I know their Criteria. I plan on calling as many FSBO's, expired listings ect."Which most of us lack" till I can find that deal.
