Kittylover, was that the mentoring was somewhere in between the models you mentioned above. It wouldn't be the mentor working from a template (man, that would be so bad, lol), nor would it be a situation wherein you had access to the mentor whenever you had a question. Rather, I thought I remember Dean saying that you pick a mentor that resonates with you in terms of style and what you are trying to achieve through REI, and over the course of 5 weeks, there would be set times to log on to interface with the mentor and ask questions and discuss (sort of seminar style although via phone).

Some one else can correct me if I am wrong, but I think the mentoring takes place on scheduled, mass phone calls where the coach is on the phone with multiple people teaching and maybe some Q and A.

I got the system and I think it is all done over a phone call. Like the phone calls that dean does everyone calls in on that day.You wont be the only person

Yes only you and the student you choose will be on the phone.

With the Pick Your Mentor program, you are not assigned a permanent mentor but will go through a 5 week training program.
