I have a wife who I have been married to for 23 years and very involved with my church and graguated from our Bible School and owned my Business in Landscapeing for 21 yrs.After six back surgerys Iwas forced to sell and retire with 100% disability .After retireing a friend of mind who owned a Honda Dealership ask me to give the car business a try and love and behold I found my calling.I stayed in sales untill I was promoted to use car mgr and learned a lot about a passion I had for cars.after 2003 I broke my back in two places 3 months after my 5th surgery and they had to go back into and redue all the titanium rods ,and everthing I needed.SO I had 19 hr surgery and sculeosis I was borned with started trying to take over and at present time i have a 33 degrees loss in posture but,i use the inversion table and it helps.i have found out that you don,t let nothing in life hold you back and you perseveer ,set goals and don,t let other peoples weekness take you down ,believe me it can!So know Iam trying too build a carear in Real Estate and do what I enjoy most is helping people and see there smiles when they had no idea it could be done .It's just a numbers game and find outhow you can help them,have a open ear and listen and they will tell you what they are trying too accomplish.i come to find that there is alot of people who really don,t have a clue what all there is in buying a home.it is a crying shame how so many have been done and then loose their home in six months and have no home.Well that is a little about me and I wish everyone great success in this awsome dg family network and I hope everybody has a great time putting everything together for your big reward of success waiting around the corner for you."you get what you put into it",and for this Iam DOC KINSEY "GOD BLESS"

Ido understand what you say and mean.It's been two years now and it seems like everytime Ihave a question and call the academy and sure it is noted but it appears that when I ask a question about what Idon.t no I get put on hold and can,t never get a answer unless Ihave joined the academy fianancialy and always end up with a salesman ,not a coach for a simple question and when somelike myself don,t no how to use all the site has to offer ,it is hard to get a answer when you don,t no where to ask on the site.
so now I have a home that is paid for ,fmv is 76k and my credit is 695.00 deat ratio Ionly owe 15% of my credit line.Dean iread about the interview for mortasge companys and seasoned loans etc,what can Ido to get a loan on two duplex and each one after t&INT,ONEW WILL BRING ME IN 673,04 AMONTH PROFIT ,OTHER 461.93 AND BOTH HAVE TWO RENTERS IN THEM WILLING TO SIGHN A THREE LEASE IF iDON,T GO-UP ON RENT.SO i get a thousand for disability and 450.00 rent on one bedroom so,how can Iget a loan??Ihave tenants,paid offf home ,fmv 76k,what doesa a man have to need to buy?All Iwant is this first deal and then Ihave a propertie lined up where i can do as you said and refie it too and hopefully be own my way. Dean : Iam almost ready if not too late to give you my info for area managers and Iam late because the Wife had to be Hospital lized because the Doctor gave her a drug call ed alleraga for pain nerves but it also reacted to her stroke side and tr8ied to wake up those nerves and had her shaking like teret's syndrom.Please forgive me but Ihavebeen at hospital while she had surgery on very bad pinched nerve on right arm.Iwill get finished to night.THANKS and hope not too late.
