Learned from the site, went away for a few years to put my head down and get some deals done, and am now using real estate as a vehicle for financial independence.

I am living on the West Coast, while managing and building a buy-and-hold portfolio on the East Coast, namely Western Pennsylvania. My goals over the next few years include growing the portfolio to 20-25 units.
