OfflineI am a little late posting this but i wanted to let everyone know that Assignment of Contract work! I received a call from one of my Bandit signs! This owner needed to get out of her house as she may be loosing her job soon. I negotiated a killer deal. ARV price of $104,000. Rehab amount was $14,000. My price i had on contract was $62,000. Now I needed to line up my buyers. I had a few people that looked at it with not much interest as it was out of their area. SO….I got to thinking….I saw 2 for rent signs within a couple blocks that had the same number on them! I called that number and told them who I am, what I do, and what I had. BINGO!! I met him over at the property that I had under contract a couple hours later. Within 1 hour of them showing up we had an Assignment of Contract with a check for $5,000 for approximately 6 hrs of work! (Should have asked for more but I wanted to establish myself with him….Hogs get slaughtered!)

that is awesome. !!!Hey where do you live in nebraska. i used to work (drive) for werner enterprises in omaha, and usxpress in lincoln ?? beautiful country up there was snowed in in lincoln for a week at the terminal years ago. this ol mississippi boy so him some major snow LOL..........

Thanks for the words of encouragement! This was actually my first Wholesale Deal but my 3rd deal working with the program. Walt--I live west of Omaha! Some years we get plenty of snow and others it is hit and miss. Thanks!
