We have been placed in the path of the most supportive forum by far. Dean has a gift like no other. This commercial offer was a result of calling on homes for rent in the newspaper. With the intention of building our buyer's list. This lead was from a home owner who happen to be a realtor,
advertising her home for rent. We exchanged emails and phone numbers. By staying in contact thru email, she disclosed that she had a very motivated buyer who needed an auto repair shop only on the main highway between two towns. She wanted to know if we were aware of anything. So there was a building that once was a gas station some years back. It appeared to be occupied from the outside. But I knew that it hasn't been open for quite sometime. After getting the owners name from the tax office. We were able to get the phone number from info. He was very happy that we had called. He wanted to sell immediately. We are assigning it for $275,000.00. So we were able to meet with the attorney to draw the offer up today to present to the seller. So hopefully we can get the two parties involved as early as next week. Such an asset to have a great attorney. Continued Success...........Sandra and Lubertha

Lubertha and I are very excited about our new career in real estate. It is an incredible experience for us, and we are enjoying every minute of it. Our aim is to always remain focused on our desired goals. God has been really good to us and has taken us on a trip of a lifetime. He is the center of the air we breathe, our very existence. Thanks so much for all your support! We are waiting still on the contracts from the attorney's office. Should be soon. We are so happy about this opportunity to actually change our lives forever.
